i do like angel eyes but one thing that drew me to my volvo was these headlights i think there well smart as factory fitted lights

does anyone know where i can get a nicer grille for none silly moneY?

Grill wise depends if you want the 'rare'ish to find for sale but common on Volvo's, the black eggcrate grill, link below

http://www.partsforvolvosonline.com/...oducts_id=5312

This is the usual upgrade grill most X40's I've seen go for, there are a few other's about depends on where you want to go with it. They crop up on eBay and on this forum but tend to disapear just as fast as they are a common want for X40 owner's and a stylish upgrade. PartsForVolvosOnline sell the grill's but again, not cheap, your looking at around £65.00 delivered which aint bad but still depends on how much you class as 'silly money' :)

Volvo's are not really a modifier's dream. They dont have that modifying community the likes of the VAG lot do, or Corsa crew's, Saxo's etc, it is very difficult for any form of styling upgrades, bodykit's, even wheel's can be a bitch due to 114.3 fitment but luckily also means alot of Jap wheel's fit the Volvo since it's based on a Mitsubishi Carisma, my wheel's are off a Honda Civic Saloon. Also lack of kit's etc is the reason I've ended up doing a BTCC replica as there was nothing took my fancy.

Aftermarket manifold might prove quite quite rare, I forget what car you have but if its a T4 i'm sure the various T4 owner's might help, Midnight T4 has done a good few mod's to his Panama Yellow car in the For Sale section at top of the X40 section. You could get a custom powerflow exhaust tailor'd for sound and choice of exhaust tip, just be forewarned that PowerFlow exhausts arent all they are cracked up to be, they state stainless steel but it will corrode, trust me I've had one and seen one just 2 week's ago on a Primera. You wont get much change out of £300 for one of those exhausts from Powerflow from the Catback.
