What happens if you dont take the plunge. Just had my car written off (hailstones). Wasnt expecting to change but just offered not a lot from the insurance company. So top wack I could offer is £7500. In Hinckley Leics. not far away. You can phone me on 07774 697724. Thanks. Mike.

Mike, thanks for the offer but I have already turned down an offer of 7500 from someone else; I really do need closer to £8k in order to afford the car we want to get for my wife. Look at it this way aswell, in the past couple of months I have spent the best part of £800 on it (new tyres and full major service) so thats money you wont need to spend for a long time.

No problem. Im looking at two more in Peterborough on Wednesday. One 58 one 59 both one owner full service history which will be checked, with slightly more miles than yours but one at advertised price( like I'm paying that with no part ex ) at £6995 and one at £7850. Good luck with your sale though and if you change your mind before the end of the week offer still stands. My V70 D5 is being collected on Friday so need to buy by then. Mike.

Might be a good time to point out aswell that this is a Non-DPF version, I have checked with the VIN number (8th digit is a 4), have looked under the car myself and also at its recent service Volvo said I was lucky it doesnt have a DPF - I didnt know what they meant at the time but after reading threads on this forum I can see what they mean!
