So what is the recall on the DPF about?
The rising oil in the sump is a known problem caused by the 5% bio additive in the diesel fuel. The only diesel fuel that does not have this bio additive is Shell V-Power Diesel. This instead has a Gas to Oil additive exclusive to Shell. If you keep having this problem and it can't be fixed then try this fuel.
